Anjali Nagaraj is the Founder & CEO of Shreyanshs CIC, a multi-award-winning Women in Tech leader and Global SRE Lead. Raised in economic hardship, she pursued her education through scholarships and the guidance of mentors who believed in her potential. That lived experience shaped her mission. Today, having mentored 70+ professionals, she is dedicated to empowering economically and socially challenged individuals with equal access to education, mentorship, and opportunities—helping them build confidence, careers, and a future driven by dignity, resilience, and hope.

Shrikant Basude is the Co-Founder and COO of Shreyanshs CIC with extensive experience in project and programme management, client consulting and corporate governance across Rail, Power, Telecom, Technology and Heavy Civil industries. He is passionate about empowering future leaders, fostering talent and contributing to community development.
